A £500 grant has been awarded from the Nic Willoughby fund to support Adam Gillett, a pupil at St John’s School.
The purpose of the grant was to support a pupil who may be restricted from accessing an extra-curricular sports club. The funding will be used for Adam to attend horse riding lessons.
As a donor-advised fund, Nic’s friends and family wanted to support someone from St John’s School, as Nic had been a former pupil there. Heart of Bucks worked with the school to identify Adam as a worthy recipient of the award following the sudden death of his father last year.
