It is with great sadness that we record the sudden death of Denis Burrell. As a founder member of Heart of Bucks, Denis was a truly committed supporter.
He was passionate about wanting to make a difference by developing opportunities for those suffering deprivation, disability or ill health within the county, and his generosity knew no bounds.
His example of quiet dedication to improving the lives of others will remain forever in our hearts, and the endowment fund he set up with us will be used in his name in perpetuity to support our communities.
We will remember him as a true gentleman with a sharp sense of humour and always with a smile on his face.
