On Tuesday 4 March, Heart of Bucks were delighted to be hosted by Stoke Park, the esteemed luxury hotel and golf estate in Buckinghamshire, and Mimi Harker OBE at a special fundraising lunch 25 years after we launched at the same venue.
At the event, Stoke Park generously surprised Mimi Harker with a cheque of £2,025 in honour of the 25 year celebration, which will be donated to Heart of Bucks.

Heart of Bucks is an incredible charity who, for the past 25 years, have provided vital support for so many charities and community projects throughout the county. We are a proud partner of Heart of Bucks and it was a privilege to welcome everyone to Stoke Park.’
The event was held in Stoke Park’s newly refurbished Pavilion and beautiful Glasshouse, and included a special history tour of the estate and Stoke Park Mansion post the lunch.

The geniality of our hosts Nick and PJ was the icing on the top of the cake, and they even managed to organise the most gorgeous day with bright sunshine and blue skies! It was a wonderful occasion and so nice to be doing something so delightfully civilised rather than throwing myself out of planes and recording Christmas singles to raise money for charities I am supporting!
