Eden Shopping Centre is set to continue its partnership with Heart of Bucks in 2025. The shopping centre, which is a popular destination in High Wycombe, announced Heart of Bucks as its charity partner in 2024 with its Eco Elves Teddy Trade over the Christmas period, which raised just over £6,000 for the Community Investor Fund.
The collaboration has helped to raise awareness and provide vital funding for local causes, close to the community’s heart.
During 2025, Eden will be providing space in the centre for local grassroots charities to fundraise and promote their work to visitors, helping to support the many small, local charities who do amazing work in High Wycombe and the surrounding areas.
Rebecca Gomme, marketing manager at Eden Shopping Centre, said: “Our partnership with Heart of Bucks is key to us playing a key role in the local community, as we want to ensure we are supporting a number of local charities at a grass root level.
“There are lots of opportunities to fundraise through events and activities here at Eden and Heart of Bucks presents the perfect way to make sure this is effective and helps to connect and uplift our community.
“We are excited to carry this partnership into 2025 and to hear how our visitors will help to play a part in supporting an array of charities across Buckinghamshire.”
Henry Allmand, CEO at Heart of Bucks, said: “We’re looking forward to working closely with Eden Shopping Centre to expand our support for local charities in 2025.
“The funds raised through activations and events at Eden will directly benefit the organisations we work with, creating a positive ripple effect across the community.”
