Buckinghamshire Building Society will soon be launching their new Bucks Community Fund, in partnership with Heart of Bucks.
Buckinghamshire Building Society is a 117 year old mutual organisation situated in Chalfont St Giles, in Buckinghamshire. The new fund comes as they celebrate 10 years of corporate giving through Heart of Bucks. They said:
We’re delighted to launch our new Bucks Community Fund, led by our colleagues who will shortlist and select a deserving charity to receive a sum of £5,000. It will allow us to focus on our wider community priorities such as safeguarding the environment and fighting against climate change, the physical and mental wellbeing of all age groups, fostering safer and more cohesive communities and supporting our local arts, culture and heritage.
We are deeply grateful for the invaluable support that Heart of Bucks has offered on our community journey so far and we look forward to continuing to work together in the future.
