Buckinghamshire law firm B P Collins’ £10,000 fund supports local charities and projects that are aimed at delivering positive social impact and improving lives.  Grants are available from £500 – £3,500. As long as the organisation fits one of the objectives below, there are no restrictions on what the grant can be used towards; it may be for general costs, purchasing equipment or to support a community project.

How to apply:

The deadline for applications is midday on 31st January 2022.

Based on when a decision will be made, the funding period can start no earlier than 1st April 2022 and all grants should be spent within 12 months.

Who can apply?

Registered charities or voluntary and community groups whose beneficiaries live in Buckinghamshire (excluding Milton Keynes). Organisations that have previously received a grant from this fund are eligible to apply again.

Criteria:

The organisation/project must meet one of three objectives:

  • Building stronger communities – Invest in spaces that encourage community spirit and reduce isolation
  • Providing better futures – Support and encourage vulnerable young children to prosper
  • Helping create safer lives – Reduce exploitation, violence or abuse
