Heart of Bucks Community Fund

Grants for charitable, voluntary and community groups addressing need within Buckinghamshire. Our Community Fund is made up of a number of private funds with different priorities and may be suitable if your project does not fit any of our other specific funds.

Access Support Fund

Grant to help your group access our funding systems, if this is not easy for you because of challenges with reading, language, vision, sensory processing, disability or difficulties doing things online.

Healthy Ageing Fund

Community-based projects which improve social connectedness for older adults (40+) helping them to prepare for and enjoy better health in later life. The focus of projects should be to combat loneliness and social isolation and to promote a sense of purpose.
