Funding opportunities for organisations and initiatives that positively impact young people’s lives.

Heart of Bucks Community Fund

Grants for charitable, voluntary and community groups addressing need within Buckinghamshire. Our Community Fund is made up of a number of private funds with different priorities and may be suitable if your project does not fit any of our other specific funds.
