Every Charitable Trust develops in a unique way, but there are a number of reasons why you may decide to change the way your Trust operates.
One option is to transfer the assets to a community foundation (a ‘Trust Transfer’). We collaborate with the Charity Commission to facilitate this process, offering comprehensive support to your Trustees at every stage. Once completed, Trustees can stay fully involved as advisors, approving grants, whilst we handle the legal responsibility of managing the Trust.
