The breadth and depth of our policies and procedures and, more importantly, how we follow them is vital to our relationships with our donors, funders, community partners and beneficiary groups.

When community groups apply to us for grants and loans we expect them to have all the appropriate policies and procedures in place.

It’s only right that we practise what we preach. So we’re delighted that, following independent assessment, we’ve twice been able to get renewal of our Quality Accreditation kitemark confirming that we operate to standards originally endorsed by the Charity Commission.

Our policies and procedures cover a wide range of issues, including health and safety, equal opportunities, complaint handing, data protection, donor development, governance, grantmaking, HR, investment, lending, and safeguarding.
