25-years of local giving
For 25-years Heart of Bucks has been awarding grants to local grass-root charities and community groups. These grants have helped fund a variety of projects that have changed the lives of thousands of people as well as the landscape and future of Buckinghamshire.
As we reach this milestone anniversary we want to take the opportunity to reflect and celebrate the impact of us as a Community Foundation and the charity sector as a whole in Buckinghamshire.
Over the next 12-months the Heart of Bucks Team, Trustees, Ambassadors and Patrons will be visiting groups and projects we have supported in the last 25-years with our donors and Community Investors.
Interactive online mosaic
The mosaic will grow through the year with images submitted by some of the 1,500 local charities, community groups and organisations that we have supported over the last 25-years. We’re also counting the number of volunteers at each group and interventions we have helped to facilitate with our grants.
