Each year, Heart of Bucks publishes an Annual Report highlighting the difference we have made across Buckinghamshire. It showcases our grant-making, some of the inspiring projects we have funded, and the partnerships, campaigns and initiatives that are helping to strengthen local communities and improve lives across the county.

– Nearly £2.5m awarded in grants

– We hosted our first charity awards evening
