All groups that deem themselves eligible and wish to continue with an application for a grant, need first to complete an Expression of Interest form.
What happens next?
A member of the Grants Team will be in touch to advise you further. If your Expression of Interest form is appropriate then you will be sent the link to a full application form.
After this, our independent Grants Panel will meet to consider your full application. You will then be informed of their decision. Please click here for details of application deadline dates and decision dates.
Expression of Interest forms received within 3 weeks of a published grant application deadline date, are very unlikely to be processed in time to enable you to meet the grant application deadline.
Agreement – If your application is successful, we will send you a funding agreement stating the conditions on which the funding is offered.
Payment – Grants/loans are paid on receipt of the signed funding agreement. Payments are usually made by bank transfer.
Monitoring – All successful applicants will be required to complete an online monitoring form to account for financial expenditure and to report on the impact of the project.
Publicity – Where possible, successful applicants will be required to acknowledge Heart of Bucks in any relevant literature or publicity. We may also ask you to display a Heart of Bucks plaque.
