We are looking for someone to take on our new Programmes Manager role, to help us ensure that we maintain our reputation for excellent delivery of funding programmes and to help deliver exciting new programmes to the VCSE sector.
The post is 30 hours per week and will be a fixed term two-year contract.
To be effective in this role, you’ll need to be a flexible hands-on manager, able to prioritise, focus and lead a team of staff to meet multiple deadlines. You’ll need excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with the broad range of stakeholders we work with or provide services to.
Experience of managing staff and of using the Salesforce CRM would be really helpful in this role, but please don’t be put off applying if you don’t have all the skills we need, so long as you are willing and able to learn as you go.
