Police Property Act Fund

Grants available up to £5000

Fund size: £20,000 per year (subject to annual review)

Eligible organisations

Voluntary and community groups that are charitable in purpose, formally constituted and working for the benefit of Buckinghamshire residents (excluding Milton Keynes).

Criteria

To support organisations whose work aligns with the strategic objectives of the Police and Crime Plan for the Thames Valley 2017-2021, in particular:

• Vulnerability (mental health, adults at risk, improving criminal justice)
• Prevention and Early Intervention (improving safeguarding)
• Reducing Re-Offending

Applicants must demonstrate how their work aligns with the particular objectives within their application

Grants can be used to support capital, revenue and project costs.

2. Submit application by the closing date along with a copy of the organisation’s governing document, copy of most recent accounts and relevant quotes, if applicable.

Closing dates for 2017: midday 6th September; midday 8th November
We reserve the right to close the programme if the fund becomes fully allocated after the 1st grants round.

Grant applications which meet the criteria will be forwarded to the Police & Crime Commissioner’s office for consideration. A funding decision can be expected within two months of the closing date.
